Q1. Where is the key of my luggage with TSA lock?

TSA key is a “master key” that only airport Authorities have, they are the only one authorized to use this key in order to open and search your luggage without breaking it. We can’t give the key to customers.

Q2. How does warranty works?

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and doesn’t cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, acids, water, exposure to extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear or transport damage.

RONCATO products are manufactured with special attention to materials and details, meeting high quality standards. If any defects in materials/manufacturing should be found during the period covered by the warranty, RONCATO will repair or replace the product at its own expense.

Q3. What happens if my suitcase arrives broken after a flight?

The new Montreal Convention of 1999 introduced a uniform legal framework to govern air carrier liability in the event of damage caused to passengers, baggage or goods during international journeys. If the checked-in baggage is damaged, delayed, lost or destroyed, the passenger must address himself to the air carrier and complain in writing within seven days so to be refund for the damage.

In the case the baggage is delayed, the passenger must write and complain within 21 days, in both cases from the date on which the baggage was placed at the passenger's disposal.

Q4. How do I use the warranty?

To check and in case accept warranty for manufacturing defects, we need to receive a picture of the purchasing Receipt, of the Guarantee Certificate which is inside your luggage in order to identify the ID code.

Q5. Is it possible to repair my luggage once the warranty has expired?

Yes, we can repair your luggage or send you spare parts where possible, there will be a charge for this. For Limited Edition products, we may replace the part with a standard color one.
